For university purchases/leases, computer hardware must conform to existing standards located on the Procurement Services website.  Hardware may be purchased or leased over a three-year period.  Contact Procurement Services at x2-7510 with any questions.

For university-paid purchases or leases, create a proposal from the Apple Store for Education at http://store.apple.com (the education store link is on the lower right-hand side) and send it to Procurement Services for review.

For personal purchases, visit Apple Store for Education at http://store.apple.com (the education store link is on the lower right-hand side) to review products, discount information and to place your order.

CDW-G
For university-paid purchases up to $500, an order can be placed directly from the CDW-G website at http://www.cdwg.com.  Orders over $500 require a requisition be placed with Procurement Services.  If you need an account created, contact Rusty Singer from CDW-G at (877) 325-3359 x77485 or rustsin@cdwg.com.

For personal purchases, contact Rusty Singer from CDW-G at (877) 325-3359 x77485 or rustsin@cdwg.com to setup an account.  Products and pricing can then be viewed and ordered directly online.

Dell
For university-paid purchases or leases, create an e-quote at http://premier.dell.com and send it to Procurement Services for review.  Contact Procurement Services at x2-7510 if you do not have an account with Dell.

For personal purchases, visit http://www.dell.com/depaul for products and discount information.  Discounts range up to 12% depending on purchase price and warranty.
